An exciting opportunity to join Milton Keynes Academy, as Clothing & Home Deputy Store Manager as part of a job share!

Your Job Share Partner is established in her role in store, and will be the perfect support for this unique opportunity.

A Top 30 Store in a vibrant Shopping Centre, being an Academy also raises your profile. As a Leadership Team we are passionate about driving outstanding results through a brilliant team.

We welcome candidates with experience in high street fashion retail who are seeking 2-3 days per week and would be delighted to discuss this in detail at assessment stage.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

• To drive a selling culture within your team.
• To lead your team to deliver excellent customer service and hit store targets.
• Deliver an inspirational, improved, and consistent visual customer journey instore which inspires our customers to shop and buy more often.
• To utilise and exploit data & Management Information to support with operational decisions.
• To implement a continuous improvement mentality

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

• A superb knowledge of Retail.
• A proven leadership track record and the ability to lead effectively through ambiguity.
• Comfortable having difficult conversations and able to get effective resolutions with both colleagues and line managers.
• Able to juggle a number of priorities whilst still maintaining an excellent standard and working with pace.
• Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness to change and the ability to lead teams through change with a growth mentality.
