This role is available at one of our fantastic stores, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting your team in achieving sales goals.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store.
• Leading, motivating, and developing the store team.
• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keeping the store well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Conducting team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Supporting inventory management and minimizing wastage.

Requirements

What You Need to Bring:

• A proven track record in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using POS and inventory management systems.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
