About the Role:
As the Deputy Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to create a positive shopping environment, support your team, and elevate customer experiences daily.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Motivate, coach, and develop your team to enhance their skills.
• Maintaining high store standards and visual merchandising.
• Organise stock management and oversee inventory controls.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably as a deputy manager or assistant manager.
• Passionate about customer service with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in team development.
• Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office.
