In this vibrant role, you will act as the right hand to the Store Manager, leading an enthusiastic team and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and a delightful shopping experience.
This is a full-time 40hrs/week , maternity cover role.
A Typical Day at Work:
- Start the day by motivating your team and aligning on daily sales targets.
- Engage with customers to provide personalised product recommendations.
- Train and support your team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Maintain the store's visual standards to create an inviting atmosphere.
- End the day by reviewing performance and preparing for tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Step in for the Store Manager when required and maintain operational consistency.
- Promote a customer-first culture that builds loyalty and repeat business.
- Encourage teamwork and foster a positive and energetic workplace.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment procedures.
Requirements
