ProCook is on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our Spalding team! This is a full-time position - 40hrs/week.

Your Recipe for Success:

As our Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our Store Manager to create a high-performance team and an inviting shopping experience for our customers.

A Day in the Life:

• Kick off the day by setting team objectives.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in finding the right products.
• Provide training for your team on product knowledge and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure the store is well maintained and organised.
• Wrap up the day by prepping the store for the next day's success.

Requirements

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily store operations for smooth functionality.
• Step in as the acting Store Manager when needed.
• Deliver extraordinary shopping experiences to keep customers coming back for more.
• Mentor and uplift your team, fostering their growth as product experts.
• Ensure the store looks pristine and welcoming.
• Monitor expenditures and seek efficient cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee stock accuracy and address any discrepancies.
