Role description:

We are seeking a dynamic Software Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our software solutions. You will play a critical role in customer success, revenue growth, and long-term strategic relationship with our Core Customer base.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as their main point of contact
  • Understand client needs and align software solutions to drive business success
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer engagementCollaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Monitor account health and proactively address potential challenges
  • Negotiate contracts and manage renewals to maintain long-term partnerships
  • Provide product training and demos to clients as needed
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings
  • Ensure upsell conversion targets are met through various methods including, demos, and webinars
  • Work with marketing to deliver collateral to support the customer experience
  • Provide input to the product roadmap based on customer insights and feedback

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in account management within the software or SaaS industry
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong technical acumen, ability to demonstrate software and participate in technical conversations
