Role description:
We are seeking a dynamic Software Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our software solutions. You will play a critical role in customer success, revenue growth, and long-term strategic relationship with our Core Customer base.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as their main point of contact
- Understand client needs and align software solutions to drive business success
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer engagementCollaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to ensure seamless customer experience
- Monitor account health and proactively address potential challenges
- Negotiate contracts and manage renewals to maintain long-term partnerships
- Provide product training and demos to clients as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings
- Ensure upsell conversion targets are met through various methods including, demos, and webinars
- Work with marketing to deliver collateral to support the customer experience
- Provide input to the product roadmap based on customer insights and feedback
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in account management within the software or SaaS industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong technical acumen, ability to demonstrate software and participate in technical conversations
