Deputy Manager - Hatfield House, Doncaster
Salary:
£33,000 per annum
Hours: 42 per week | 12 hour shifts | Rota including weekdays and weekends

About the Role

This is an exciting and hands on leadership role that is perfect for someone who thrives on visibility, teamwork, and high quality operational standards. You will work closely with the Home Manager to maintain excellence across all areas of care.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide strong and supportive leadership to the care team
  • Guide and mentor Team Leaders, promoting consistency across all shifts
  • Be highly present on the floor, leading by example in best practice
  • Carry out daily quality checks, audits, and compliance monitoring
  • Drive continuous improvement across the home
  • Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and professionals
  • Support with rota planning, care delivery, and safe medication management

About You - What We Are Looking For

To ensure the high standards at Hatfield House are maintained, we are seeking someone with:

  • Proven Deputy Manager experience in a residential or dementia care home
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or working towards Level 4
  • Strong leadership skills with the confidence to guide and support a large team
  • Experience in compliance, audits, and quality assurance
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem solving abilities
  • A passion for delivering outstanding, person centred care
  • Flexibility to work a 12 hour shift pattern, including some weekends
