Seabreezes is a residential service, which is situated within the market town of New Romney, Kent. The home supports six males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability. We are on a private housing estate, 150 metres from Greatstone Beach, with two miles of sandy shoreline.
Our team are dedicated to ensuring all of the people we care for have a voice that is heard and that they receive the support, encouragement and empowerment to live the lives that they choose.
The people who live here predominantly have a dual diagnosis. We can also support those who have:
- Mental health needs
- Difficulties with communication
- Mild to moderate behaviours that challenge
- A physical disability
- Epilepsy
Job Advert Location Description
As a Deputy Manager you will be confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a team, you will ideally have significant previous Deputy Manager experience and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.
You will be caring and having a professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability and ability to build solid working relationships.
