In this exciting role, you'll be the trusty second-in-command to the Store Manager, helping to lead a vibrant team and ensure our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Kick off your day by engaging with your team and strategising on daily objectives.
• Interact with customers to help them find exactly what they need.
• Provide training and guidance to your team on products and sales techniques.
• Oversee store operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• Wrap up by setting the stage for the next day's success.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in managing all daily store functions and ensure a seamless operation.
• Step up in the Store Manager's absence, keeping the team motivated and engaged.
• Deliver memorable customer experiences that foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Inspire your team to develop product knowledge and serve as brand ambassadors.
• Ensure the store is clean, inviting, and well-stocked.
• Support inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

Requirements
