In this role, you'll support the Store Manager and lead a dedicated team of Sales Advisors in providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the high standards ProCook is known for.

Your Daily Tasks Include:

• Starting each day by motivating your team and aligning on daily targets.
• Assisting customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
• Providing training to staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensuring the store is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing.
• Wrapping up the day by preparing for the next with a positive spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations.
• Step into the Store Manager role in their absence.
• Drive customer loyalty through exceptional service.
• Foster a positive team environment and boost employee morale.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Help with inventory management and stock replenishment.
