Role: Deputy Manager

Location: St.Edith's Court, Leigh on Sea

Rate of pay: £33,000.00 per annum

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 16:30

We are looking for a Deputy Manager for St.Edith's court, either you will have experience as a senior care assistant looking to upskill your knowledge into a deputy role or you will already have experience as a deputy manager where you will showcase your understanding of a care setting and the needs of older people.

This role will give you the opportunity to use your management skills. Your management skills will be used to ensure that a high level of quality care is delivered, using your knowledge in the safeguarding of vulnerable adults and regular audits and inspections of the care home.

We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional, high quality care, has a strong attention to detail and is committed to being part of a friendly, supportive team.

We do operate an on-call system which you would be required to be apart of. The on-call rota is flexible & will be discussed at interview. Arrangements will be made between yourself & the registered manager on successful offer of this post.

We would like to hear from anyone who thinks this role would suit them well - we can also offer walk rounds & coffee sessions at St.Edith's Court.

St Edith's Court in Leigh On Sea is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 39 residents.
