We have an exciting opportunity for an Credentialing Team Manager to join our Credentialing Team at The London Clinic. We are offering a competitive inclusive salary range of £50,713 - £60,848 per annum.

Job Profile
The Credentialing Team Manager will be responsible for the delivery of all aspects of practising privileges process within the London Clinic, working closely with the team they manage to deliver.
This will include applications for new privileges (both permanent and temporary) reinstatement, suspension and removal of privileges and ensuring that all documentation is provided and up to date; ensuring scope of practice and contact details for clinical cover are maintained and in line with Patterson guidance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing Credentialing team
- Ensuring process and sign off and PP approval program is fit for purpose and developed in line with guidance and statutory requirements
- Ensure GDPR adhered to at all times
- Ensures an effective and appropriate Induction program for consultants
- Supports regular meetings with Meeting Medical Director and Divisional Clinical Directors -Collation of information and data -Approval for temporary privileges -Approval of full privileges -Supporting with the process of Medical Advisory and Executive Committee (MAEC) approvals -Maintain consultant database of privileges (full and temp) -
- Maintain Allied health Professionals (AHP) privileges data base (full and temp)
- Support and maintain medical surgical assistant privileges database -
- To liaise with Divisional Clinical Directors (DCDs), International office, Operational and clinical executives re consultants and PP
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience of working in independent sector undertaking a credentialing role or in NHS in medical governance / appraisal / revalidation team
- Team leader and line management experience
- Competent in managing excel databases and running reports.
- Understanding of GMC and other professional standards.
- Professional approach under pressure
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders (internal and external)
