Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for positive, energetic, organised, compassionate, strong and proactive individual to join our team as Deputy Manager. Covering our Millburn service the ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of leading the House 3 and 5 team. We need someone with the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload with the skill and ability to produce rotas, supervise support staff on the floor and update care plans and ensure good quality daily records and all other required forms and records.

We need someone who puts our residents needs and wellbeing at the core of what they do who is willing to go the extra mile for them. The ideal candidate will have experience of leading in a senior role with the ability to manage support staff to deliver an excellent quality service. If this is you then we would be delighted to hear from you.

Confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous Deputy Manager experience in older peoples care homes and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.
