The role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be a self-starter who enjoys working in a team. Strong analytical and communication skills are key to this role. Experience in understanding business-to-business marketing strategy and interpreting the role of digital channels to fulfil marketing objectives, is also important. You will be responsible measuring and interpreting results from all our online channels and tools to create successful outcomes for both our syndicates and also the Group.

Key responsibilities

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all our digital channels to ensure we deliver on our business objectives. You will proactively support the Marketing Managers and our Lead Creative to develop compelling content to engage our insurance broker audience, measuring and reporting on the success of campaigns.

Your role includes:

  • Building our online brand presence for IQUW Group, the IQUW syndicate and the ERS syndicate to support our business objectives
  • Helping the Marketing Managers plan, manage and execute successful digital campaigns
  • Improving our user experience across our online channels
  • Optimising our spend and performance across digital channels
  • Planning and executing Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Marketing across our websites
  • Evaluating emerging technology, identifying online trends and sharing thought leadership with the team, as required
  • Measuring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators using our analytical tools for our online channels including our websites, ON24 (webinar platform), HubSpot (email platform), LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram (social media platforms), Trust Pilot, Glassdoor and Google Reviews (ranking channels) etc.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience

  • Online Experience: Proven success within a range of online marketing channels
  • Outstanding Analytical Interpretation: Demonstrate an understanding and interpretation of business-to-business data to develop and evaluate marketing campaigns
  • Data Skills: Exhibit excellent excel skills
  • Effective Communication: Have strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Work well within the team through effective interpersonal skills.
  • Educational Background: Hold 3 A-levels or equivalent qualifications.
  • Learning Mindset: Be eager keep informed and share developments in online marketing
