- Experience of building relationships and partnerships with key client stakeholders to enable delivery of mutually agreed business objectives.

- Able to provide innovative ideas to challenges, with a focus on attention to detail to drive the highest standards from the team.

- Able to demonstrate skills and attributes through performance excellence.

- Experience of running fast pace catering establishments to a high standard.

Knowledge of planning, arranging, and delivering hospitality events to a high standard

- Practiced in team management, development, and performance management.

- Showing leadership by actions, drive, passion, and self-motivation to ensure delivery of quality outcomes against objectives and key performance indicators as well as a desire and demand to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes.

- Ability to plan well, but easily adaptable to the unexpected.

- A passion for and enjoy leading and driving change.

- Enthusiasm to drive, mentor, and coach, my team by, developing strengths in individuals, demanding high standards and instilling pride and ownership to ensure we achieve every facet of the business goals.

- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to analyse and solve problems, implementing effective solutions to deadlines.
