As our Deputy General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and Venue Director to drive operational success, ensuring Villa Park remains a beacon of world-class service. This is more than just a job - it's an opportunity to innovate, inspire, and contribute to the success of one of the country's most beloved clubs.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of hospitality professionals, overseeing matchday operations, non-matchday events, and a range of premium dining experiences. You will bring your expertise to bear on ensuring that every visitor, whether a lifelong fan or a first-time guest, receives an unforgettable experience.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to deliver strategic goals across all areas of hospitality and catering
- Lead, develop, and inspire teams to exceed expectations in both matchday and non-matchday operations
- Drive exceptional guest experiences across bars, restaurants, VIP areas, and large-scale events
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and operational plans to achieve commercial success
- Foster innovation and creativity to elevate Villa Park's reputation as a premier destination
