• £50,000 Salary

The Job Role:

• Deputy General Manager to assist the General Manager in running this high volume operation.
• Deputy General Manager will oversee staff dining, hospitality and vending across a large site.
• Deputy General Manager will ensure high levels of service and standards and always delivered.
• A hands on role, the Deputy General Manager will lead from the front and support the team during peak times,and have high attention to detail and be able to multitask.
• The Deputy General Manager will be responsible for the financial performance including GP's, stock management and cost controls.

The Requirements:

• A successful Deputy General Manager with a proven track record within quality high volume operation.
• The successful Deputy General Manager will be a clear communicator and comfortable in a corporate environment.
• A team player who enjoys working with and supporting other departments.
• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
• The Deputy Manager will be well presented and have a fun and outgoing personality!
