Permanent, 45-Hours PW, 5 out of 7 days.

Paramount, the ultimate late-night hotspot are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual with big sales energy to join our team as Deputy General Manager.

About the Role

As part of our management team, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable nights for our guests. You'll bring fresh ideas, infectious enthusiasm, and a strong drive to boost sales and keep the good vibes flowing. Strong people management is key in developing our large team.

What You'll Do

• Create exciting promotions and unique sales ideas to attract and engage guests
• Drive drink and table sales with creativity and confidence
• Bring energy and charisma to every interaction - on the floor, at the bar, and beyond
• Work closely with management to hit (and smash!) sales targets
• Help maintain the fun, lively atmosphere we're known for

What We're Looking For

• A natural people person with a flair for sales
• Outgoing, confident, and full of personality
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• A creative thinker who knows how to keep things fresh and exciting
• Flexible and ready to work late nights and weekends
• Previous hospitality management or supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
