Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations to ensure high-quality, consistent food and beverage services that exceed customer expectations.
- Foster positive client relationships, acting as a true partner in their business.
- Recruit, develop, and train team members to enhance performance, prioritise customer satisfaction, and improve the overall customer experience.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that increase customer engagement.
- Oversee the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery and unforgettable experiences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a focus on continual improvement in service delivery and customer experience.
- Deliver on financial budgets, maintaining commercial alignment with net income and cost targets, while identifying areas for growth through innovative marketing.
- Drive sales revenue through creative marketing and promotional activities, staying attuned to market trends.
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience in a management role within the catering or retail industry, with a proven ability to design and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Demonstrate a passion for food and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our clients.
- Possess strong financial acumen and the ability to balance commercial objectives with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire customers and team members.
- Be proficient in computer skills.
- Show strong interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Have a 'Can Do' attitude and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the customer journey is carefully considered and enhanced.
- Display exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating teams to consistently deliver high standards of service and performance.
