Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager to assist in overseeing our catering operations at Salisbury Castle. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction while supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all catering operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and event planning.
• Lead and motivate a team of staff, ensuring excellent performance and high morale.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on budget management and financial performance.
• Develop and implement innovative menu offerings that reflect the needs and preferences of our guests.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
• Address any customer feedback or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the catering or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
