The Job Role

• This is a hands on role for a Deputy General Manager of a busy resort hotel and Gastro with Rooms
• To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward
• Developing a high-performing and motivated team
• Deputy General Manager who is very commercial and is looking for a growth

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
• You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• The successful Deputy General Manager must have gastro pub, restaurant or hotel experience
• Must have experience of managing a team
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
