Previous experience in a similar role is essential. You thrive in hands-on environments, embracing the energy of the operation and the meaningful impact we create.
Your leadership skills are top-notch, with a proven track record in developing and inspiring teams. You know how to build a collaborative, positive, and motivated workforce that's laser-focused on achieving company goals
You're interpersonal and customer service skills are exceptional, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable experience. You're proactive in resolving challenges, whether with the team or guests.
Strong communication skills across various channels are a must. You're flexible, adaptable, and excel under pressure, skilfully navigating both routine and unexpected tasks.
With a keen eye for detail and precision, you manage your time-and your team's time-efficiently. Your financial and commercial acumen adds another layer of expertise to your role.
