The Package

• Base salary of up to £34,000 per annum
• 40 hour weeks - no need for further hours

The Requirements

• To have a great personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive
• An Assistant F&B Manager or Supervisor with a proven track record of success in a similar role
• Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career under an established General Manager
• Service standards driven Assistant F&B Manager with a desire to be the best
• Experience in both M&E and Restaurant environments desirable

The Job Role

• Deputy F&B Manager within a private members club
• Running of the venue restaurant and bar.
• Developing team to improve service standards across the venue.
• Big mix of day and evening shifts - not late nights
