That's why we are looking for a Deputy Director of People and Culture - a passionate leader who can:
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver transformative people strategies.
- Oversee payroll, recruitment, and HR advisory functions to ensure operational excellence.
- Use data and evidence-based approaches to drive smarter decisions.
- Champion inclusion, growth, and belonging across our community.

We're looking for someone who is:
- CIPD qualified (Member or Fellow status, or willing to work towards it).
- A leader with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Curious, forward-thinking, and skilled at leveraging data for better outcomes.
