Qualifications Academic and Professional
Essential criteria
- RGN or AHP
- Graduate
- Masters in a health-related subject or equivalent experience
- Understanding of integrated health and social care models
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
- Extensive senior nursing and managerial experience within an acute Trust or community setting
- Extensive experience in workforce planning and modelling
- Experience in developing clinical teams
- Experience in managing large scale change successfully
- Evidence of influence and negotiating skills
- Ability to work with different disciplines across the health, education and social care settings
- Evidence of undertaking audit and contributing to research programmes
Personal Attributes
Essential criteria
- Evidence of transformational change management
- Demonstrates high degree of autonomy & decision making
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage different projects simultaneously
