We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Director of Community Health & Social Care Operations to play a pivotal leadership role in driving transformation across Norfolk Community Health and Care (NCH&C) and Norfolk County Council (NCC).

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day performance of services across NCH&C and NCC, ensuring the effective use of human and financial resources to deliver strategic priorities.
Performance & Improvement: Drive continuous improvement, champion quality assurance, and lead on performance management across both organisations.
Integration & Transformation: Lead the development and delivery of integrated services, designing innovative approaches to create high-performing and cost-effective care solutions.
Engagement & Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders, system partners, and communities to shape and deliver a shared vision for integrated care.
Quality & Governance: Ensure robust data collection, reporting, and contract management systems are in place to meet statutory requirements and strategic goals.
Leadership & Influence: Act as a key senior leader, deputising for the Director of Community Health & Social Care Operations and contributing to system-wide decision-making and resilience planning.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations of both NCH&C and NCC, ensuring high performance and confident delivery of services, through the effective use of all human and financial resources in order to deliver on the agreed strategic goals.
