Buckle up for an exciting role where you'll be the backbone of our Data Squad, keeping everything running smoother than a well-oiled machine!

  • Become our time-tracking wizard, ensuring all Data Team timesheets are spot-on and punctual.
  • Master the art of ticket taming in JIRA, making sure our Data Squads are tackling the right tasks with the precision of a Swiss watch.
  • Don your money maestro hat and manage budgets like a pro, ensuring our Data teams are billing their time to the right activities and capitalising spend when necessary.
  • Wave your wand and assist with behind-the-scenes magic, conjuring up materials for stakeholder presentations that will leave them spellbound.
  • Embrace your inner VIP gathering guru, coordinating stakeholder meetings and presentations with the finesse of a seasoned party planner.
  • Step into the shoes of a Data dream team administrator, liaising with the Data Leadership Team to support them wherever needed. No cape required, but feel free to wear one if you'd like!

Qualifications

  • Eagle-eyed attention to detail.
  • A "can do" attitude that could move mountains (or at least tackle a mountain of data).
  • JIRA juggling skills (or other workload prioritisation tools).
  • IT function experience - think of yourself as a tech-savvy time traveller from the future.
  • Microsoft Office wizardry withastrong understanding of delivering data projects, of related technologies and concepts such as MDM, data quality and data lakes, analytics/reporting and AI.
  • People skills so good, you'll be an excellent communicator.
