BAM Nuttall are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Delivery Support manager at our Kilsyth office. This role will drive both internal and external business strategies, ensuring alignment between targeted pipelines of work and BAM's core business values and vision. This incudes aligning with the values and vision of existing clients, fostering development with key supply chain partners and achieving joint venture (JV) partner goals.

Your mission
- Collaborate with the pre-construction team and the supply chain to identify partnership opportunities.
- Work together with the pre-construction team to identify opportunities for developing winning strategies.
- Produce value proposition documents for client and high priority opportunities.
- Assist in the development of client-facing value propositions and winning strategies.
- Work with the Regional Preconstruction Team to establish priorities for the high priority pipeline and formulate an engagement strategy.
- Spearhead the development and production of materials in collaboration with the Marketing and Proposals team.
- Support the Operations Manager with strategic communications, presentations, and workshops.
- Assist the Operations Manager in strategic engagements.
- Contribute to the development of key Joint Venture partner relationship plans, including engagement strategies, implementation, and monitoring of related KPIs.
- Conceptualise and deliver bespoke regional internal projects and campaigns on behalf of the Pre-Construction and Operations manager, engaging with key stakeholders from safety, quality, HR and others to ensure that all relevant specialisms are effectively represented.
- Effectively manage and share key business messages within the region, liaising with the communications team on behalf of the senior leadership team
- Facilitate regional group discussions and workshops to engage all stakeholders in culture principles.
- Identify opportunities to promote best practice and continuous improvement.
- Influence, challenge and champion behaviour in line with company vision, purpose, and values.
- Identify opportunities to reinforce overall BAM brand within region.
Who are we looking for?
The following are mandatory requirements:
- Understanding relationship-based processes and ability to implement this consistently in the region.
- Expertise in producing bespoke value proposition documents to support the strategic and high priority opportunities.
- Expertise in managing Joint Venture partnerships.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams across the region to execute business strategies and campaigns.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse engineering disciplines and support specialisms to achieve business strategies and objectives.
The following are desirable requirements:
- Strong understanding of the infrastructure contracting sector
- Proven experience collaborating with bidding and work-winning teams.
