You will make an impact by working with the GDN team to support senior leaders on the following:
Supporting the execution of strategic projects in support of the GDN by:
- Developing innovative processes, resources and briefings to implement GDN priorities
- Execute analysis, develop findings and recommendations
- Develop executive level presentations and communications
- Support scoping, development and roll-out of process improvement projects focusing on driving efficiency, coordination and effective business processes between Member Firms and Delivery Centers.
- Collaborate and coordinate with DTTL, Member Firms, Delivery Centers and Delivery Pillar teams.
- Present crisp and actionable insights/recommendations for senior leadership using strong business writing, storyboarding and visualization skills, with an acute focus on 'so-what' for Deloitte's clients and businesses.
- Manage development of deliverables in projects following the best practices in project and time management, while adhering to quality guidelines always.
- Engage with team members across levels to coordinate priorities, drive team culture and sustain a positive work environment.

- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial tracking and analysis to support investment and budgeting processes.
- Proven experience in management consulting, and/or corporate strategy,
- Proven track record of delivering strategic projects in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
- Experience working with or within large, matrixed organizations.
- International experience or exposure to global client environments is an asset.

Personal independence
