Job Description
Are you a driven Delivery Manager ready to play a key role in delivering cutting-edge technology for the world's leading investors? At Third Bridge, you'll be instrumental in driving important product enhancement and deployment projects, contributing directly to our market-leading investment research solutions. This role is about hands-on delivery, ensuring our technology evolves to meet the needs of our demanding client base.
What will you do?
You'll manage key technology initiatives, guiding them from planning through to successful implementation. You'll be focused on efficient execution, ensuring our products are delivered with quality and provide real value to our clients - over 1,000 of the top investment firms globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiative Execution: Drive the end-to-end delivery of assigned product enhancement and deployment projects.
- Progress Management: Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and contribute to risk mitigation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, product, and design teams to ensure alignment.
- Release Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of product releases.
- Requirements Collaboration: Assist in the understanding and documentation of project requirements.
- Backlog Contribution: Work with the team to maintain and refine the project backlog.
- Requirements Clarification: Support the team in clarifying requirements ahead of development.
- Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status and escalate any issues.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the delivery team.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: Project/delivery management within a technical environment.
- Prioritization Skills: Ability to manage tasks effectively and contribute to the prioritization process.
- Attention to Detail: A focus on accuracy and thoroughness in project management tasks.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Agile Awareness: Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and their practical application.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with project management or issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Relationship Skills: Ability to build positive working relationships with team members.
- Proactive Approach: A willingness to learn and contribute actively to project success.
Bonus: Experience within the financial services or information services sector, or familiarity with the needs of investment professionals.
