We're looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience to join our team.
This role sits within our Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) practice. Customer preferences and demands can shift overnight. To stay ahead of fast-changing needs, business and IT leaders must partner together to accelerate and scale end-to-end business processes that think, learn and adapt on their own. Executives know that to thrive, modern businesses must transform to drive productivity and innovation. It requires moving beyond traditional automation to seize the opportunities presented by IPA.
Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of automation project delivery from initiation through to completion
• Manage project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure that objectives are achieved
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Ensure that all project deliverables adhere to the highest quality standards
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project's duration
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and facilitate necessary changes
• Provide comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management
• Stay informed of emerging trends and technologies in the field of automation
Essential skills
• Demonstrated experience as an Automation Delivery Manager or in a similar project management role
• In-depth knowledge of automation technologies and processes, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) e.g. Microsoft, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading teams effectively
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project management and delivery
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous
• Proficient in overseeing all stages of automation delivery using robust project management skills
• Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Ability to anticipate and resolve issues within the automation process
• Comprehensive understanding of business and operational processes to identify automation opportunities
• Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and guide a team of automation specialists
• Strategic planning and analytical skills to assess the success of automation projects
