About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Manager to join our Business Systems team at Charlotte Tilbury. As a Delivery Manager you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our ERP, integrations and POS related projects using agile methodologies. You will work closely with the Delivery Manager, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of projects within the Business Systems team.
As the Delivery Manager you will
1.Assist the Senior Delivery Manager to ensure project timelines, priorities, and deliverables, are kept on track, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholder teams, to facilitate project planning, execution, and delivery.
3. Help define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with the Senior Delivery Manager and other stakeholders.
4. Support the Senior Delivery Manager in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, user stories, backlog, and sprint planning.
5. Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices.
6. Track and report project progress, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and working with the Senior Delivery Manager to implement effective mitigation strategies.
7. Assist in maintaining a collaborative and transparent work environment, fostering effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
8. Support the Senior Delivery Manager in stakeholder management, ensuring timely and effective communication to manage expectations and foster strong relationships.
9. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Business Systems team, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and practices.
10. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in agile project management and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proven experience working in an agile environment, preferably in a technology-focused role.
3. Familiarity with waterfall methodologies and related tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com).
4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
6. Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
7. Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic and evolving organization.
8. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
9. Knowledge of business systems, processes, and technologies would be advantageous.
10. Passion for the beauty industry and an understanding of the customer-centric approach.
Reporting into the Business Systems Director within the Business Systems team.
