Delivery Manager

The Role

We are recruiting a Delivery Manager for our quickly expanding Adult Learning team across the Liverpool City Region. Your focus will be to ensure our Trainers are fully supported to manage their caseloads, and liaise with our partners across the area.

Whilst we can't promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:

- Managing an effective team of Tutors and Learner Engagement Coordinators.

- Contributing to managing capacity and capabilities within the team to forecast future recruitment needs.

- Work closely with the Operations Director to ensure the sector and business achieves its objectives.

- Conducting 1-1's and appraisals with your team members, ensuring the team is managed consistently and effectively.

- Ensuring that team communications are integral and contribute towards successful achievement of the sector objectives and are in-line with Company messages and behaviours.

- Working in community settings to assist with the recruitment of learners.

- Recruiting, inducting, managing and developing colleagues to deliver the standard required.

- Ensuring excellent quality standards by providing a great experience for learners, their employees, and your colleagues.

- Working closely with our quality team to ensure the delivery is appropriately supported and is responsive to quality actions, to achieve a high standard of delivery.

- Providing and promoting excellent customer service with internal and external customers, dealing responsibly and timely with customer concerns where these arise.

*Please note, the successful candidate will need to be in and around the Liverpool City Region area, as they will be expected to travel from time to time, and be in the Liverpool Skills Hub on occasions.

About You
- Experience in a management role within a further education setting

- Experience in managing a team of tutors

- Demonstrable experience of developing your sector

- Can demonstrate the ability to support and initiate change as required .

- Must have driving licence and own mode of transport

- Always strives to improve work practices and processes to suit business needs
