Your Role

Ready to shape the future of Defence innovation? Capgemini Engineering is on the hunt for Systems Engineering Consultants to join our fast-growing team, supporting one of the UK's leading Defence organisations.

From concept to in-service support, you'll work on high-impact projects across the full systems lifecycle-while also helping clients transform their engineering capabilities through cutting-edge consultancy and digital innovation.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Support major Defence programmes across the full systems engineering lifecycle.
  • Deliver technical solutions and consultancy to drive digital transformation.
  • Work in a fast-growing, innovation-led team with real career progression.

Your Profile

  • Strong grasp of Systems Engineering best practices, with experience tailoring and defining processes.
  • Proficient in MBSE tools (e.g. DOORS NG, JIRA, Rhapsody, Simulink, Catia Magic) and frameworks (e.g. Magic Grid, Arcadia, SYSMOD).
  • Skilled in requirements management, SysML modelling, and simulation of complex systems.
  • Defence sector experience, ideally in guided weapons, within multi-disciplinary engineering teams

  • This role can be based anywhere in the UK, with adhoc travel to client sites as needed
  • Due to the nature of the projects, candidates must be sole British Nationals to be considered
