Overview

We are hiring a DDT Analyst to join Starcom's Digital, Data & Technology team, where data is used to shape better experiences for people and brands. This role sits at the heart of how insight informs planning, optimisation and decision-making across a diverse client portfolio. You'll work closely with planners, activation teams and specialists, turning data into clarity and confidence. If you're curious, thoughtful and motivated by impact, this is a role where you'll learn quickly and be trusted with meaningful work.

Responsibilities

  • Exploring media and business performance data to uncover insights that inform planning and optimisation.
  • Building clear, engaging visualisations that help stakeholders understand what the data is telling them.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations in a way that connects data to real business questions.
  • Working closely with planning and activation teams to support bespoke analysis and measurement approaches.
  • Supporting the development of dashboards and interactive reporting solutions.
  • Contributing to measurement plans and learning agendas alongside senior analysts and directors.
  • Playing an active role in improving how analytics is used across teams and clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience analysing, interpreting and visualising data in a marketing, media or digital context.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to people with different levels of data confidence.
  • Comfort working with datasets and curiosity to explore what's behind the numbers.
  • Familiarity with analytics or measurement tools used in digital marketing or media environments.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance or collaboration.
  • A proactive mindset, with interest in learning, improving processes and building new skills.
