We are on a journey of change and this role will be pivitol in helping us to deliver this. Our Data & Systems Manager is a newly created role that will help to drive our business forward. Ensuring we utilise data to create insightful reporting and improve our current recruitment processes.

You will be at the heart of our data transformation, maximising our current capabilities and preparing us for future advancements. You will review processes, ensuring system developments are efficient and that we are giving every candidate the best possible recruitment experience Working closely with our resourcing teams, you'll support the development of our data requirements and promote consistent data management principles.

Your expertise will drive the creation and the use of insights. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll capture reporting needs, manage data visualizations, and provide insightful recommendations.

To succeed, you'll need experience managing multiple stakeholders, you'll have one direct report and will need to be confident working in a matrix style to engage and lead on projects. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large data sets to create meaningful reports is essential.
