Overview

We are hiring an Analytics Manager to shape how data becomes insight for a major global fashion brand. This role sits at the heart of decision-making, turning complex media data into clear, meaningful stories that guide investment and performance. You'll work collaboratively across analytics, media and engineering teams, with the space to influence how reporting and insight are designed, scaled and experienced. If you enjoy blending rigour with creativity, this is a role where your work will genuinely be seen and used.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing and evolving intuitive dashboards that bring media performance and KPIs to life
  • Translating complex datasets into clear insights and narratives that support smarter decisions
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and shape practical, scalable solutions
  • Supporting campaign and business analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
  • Improving data quality, governance and consistency across reporting outputs
  • Contributing to automation and efficiency initiatives that make analytics easier to access and use
  • Championing usability, accessibility and clarity in everything you build

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for:

  • Experience working with large-scale digital media or marketing datasets in an agency, publisher or client environment
  • Confidence using BI and visualisation tools (such as Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau) to tell clear data stories
  • Strong Excel capability and working knowledge of SQL, with exposure to Python for automation beneficial
  • Understanding of media investment metrics and major digital platforms (e.g. paid search, social, programmatic)
  • A thoughtful approach to data accuracy, governance and visual design principles
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Curiosity, collaboration and a desire to keep learning as data and tools evolve
