About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Manager (Assessment) to join theteam at Thamesmead School, avibrant and inclusive secondary school with a strong commitment to student successand continuous improvement.

This is a key role within the school, leading themanagement, analysis and reporting of student assessment data to supporthigh-quality decision-making across the school. The successful candidate willcontribute directly to school improvement through insightful data analysis,management of assessment cycles, baseline assessments, statutory returns andreporting for senior leaders and governors.

This role is ideal for someone with strong data skills,excellent attention to detail and an interest in working in education, whoenjoys transforming data into meaningful insight and making a real differenceto students' outcomes within a supportive and forward-thinking schoolcommunity.
