We are a team of data experts that use data to influence and evaluate our clients' marketing strategies, and build innovative solutions to answer the questions no-one else can.

Data has never been more important to businesses than it is today, and this booming field needs fresh talent to become data savvy and help break new ground. If you're the kind of person who likes to figure out the "why", and who enjoys building persuasive arguments, you should fit right in.

Within your first six months on the team, we will guide your learning to ensure you develop a solid understanding of the principles of digital marketing and how we help our client to reach their business goals. You will also gain an understanding of how global brands leverage data to drive efficiencies, reach new audiences and measure performance. Through your day to day projects you will develop skills in data handling, visualisation and analysis.

You will be responsible for delivering analysis to help optimise everything from media performance through to website traffic for global brands. This role includes:

  • Analysis of digital media campaign performance
  • Analysis of website traffic, UX and consumer behaviour using digital analytics platforms
  • Compiling and presenting insights to clients in an easy-to-digest format

Candidate Profile

  • 2.1 Degree (recent graduate) or up to one year's work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent numeracy
  • A knack for explaining new concepts to non-experts
  • Curious about the performance marketing industry and some understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel advantageous
  • Understanding of web analytics tools such as Google/Adobe Analytics desirable
  • Understanding of languages such as SQL, Python or R highly desirable

What we offer

This is a permanent role. The team is based from our UK office in London on a hybrid working basis and we will consider candidates from any of these locations.

As well as a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a benefits package that you can tailor to your needs which includes:

  • Competitive Salary
  • Ongoing Training
  • Unparalleled professional development
  • Company-provided Medical Healthcare
  • Generous Pension provisions
  • Health and Wellness benefits
  • Volunteering days
  • Life Assurance
  • Working in diverse teams where you can make a real impact.
  • Exciting and rewarding environment.
  • Varied work across industries

  • 25 holidays per year, plus bank holidays, additional Christmas leave and your birthday off. We also offer 2 paid volunteer charity days and 3 well-being each year
  • Other benefits include Private health care, income protection and critical illness cover

We are happy to discuss flexible and agile approaches to working for all our roles - we can't promise we will be able to offer you everything you want or need but we do promise to discuss it with you openly and honestly.
