- Owning multi-stakeholder discovery, defining the scope and measures of success across engagements.
- Leading the architecture and development of data solutions that align initiatives to business objectives, balancing best practice ways of working with clients' requirements.
- Defining data governance and strategies for clients, and embedding these practices into real-world solutions in delivery engagements to produce trusted, managed data platforms.
- Managing delivery across multiple workstreams and engagements, coaching the wider team and owning up-sell opportunities on client relationships outside of the data engineering team.
- Continuously developing the team's ways of working, by creating reusable standards for future client engagements.

- Strong hands-on engineering capability across both Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks, and the ability to advise clients on solutions in other major cloud platforms.
- Proven background in selling work through proposals, and experience in business development, supporting bids and client presentations across a wider consulting team
What we can offer you:
We recognise that our people are our most important assets. That's why we offer a flexible reward and benefits package that will help you have fulfilling experience, both in and out of work.
