The team

ITV Studios is one of the biggest global creators, producers and distributors of TV content in the world.

Within ITV Studios is our Global Partnerships function, responsible for distributing over 90,000 active catalogue hours of film and television content to buyers such as broadcasters, streaming platforms, airlines and many more. As we continue to grow, providing the sales and distribution teams with the right tools to succeed in a competitive environment is critical to powering the future value of our content

To meet the ever evolving needs of the business, and to ensure we remain a market leader in the distribution space, ITV Studios and Global Partnerships are working on a major programme of change, building out new systems and capabilities for Rights, Content Sales & Licensing, Royalties and Contract Lifecycle Management.

A key part of this programme is to accurately migrate complex business data from our existing tools to the new technology.

The role

To manage the cleanse of Royalty, Finance and Catalogue data in preparation for the implementation of a new Rights and Royalties system.

Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)

  • Significant experience in producing detailed and complex reconciliations required.
  • Versatility and excellent organisational skills required.
  • Sound understanding of the Programme Distribution industry is strongly desired.

Other things we're looking for (key criteria)

  • High level of numerical analytical ability; a clear thinker who is able to analyse, understand and draw conclusions on business information and financial data.
  • Able to establish the cause of issues and resolve them effectively.
  • Effective organisation and planning skills; able to plan and monitor own workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience of working in a Royalties Accounting department is an advantage.
