Are you a results driven Construction Manager, with an interest in the Data Centre space?

CSG are currently partnered with a reputable Data Centre operator, who are seeking Construction Manager to oversee one of their UK sites.

As Construction Manager, key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Lead and manage the project team.
• Oversee budgetary and program control for complex projects.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all site works-including internal and contractor activities-comply with design specifications and established quality management procedures.
• Prepare consolidated reports for the Head of Construction, including milestone summaries, key issues, risks, benefits, and cost breakdowns.
• Review project activities to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to build a high-performing project management team and supply chain that delivers Ark Construction projects on time and within budget.
• Safety: Ensure all site activities adhere to safety policies and procedures.

To be considered for the position of Construction Manager, you must demonstrate the following:

• Bachelors degree in a related field (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering)
• 10+ years' experience in Construction, Data Centre specific experience preferred
• Excellent organisational skills - the ability to organise large amounts of information into a cohertent format.
• Strong people skills.
