Job Title: Data and Analytics Project Manager

Salary: From £65,000 with executive car allowance and bonus on top
What you’ll be doing:
- You will be responsible for aligning the overall submarines strategy with the Data and Analytics team strategy
- Manage the strategic Analytics and AI projects of the Data & Analytics team across the submarines business
- Be responsible for the resources optimisation and workflow governance for analytics projects
- Effectively manage stakeholders from across the submarines business and be responsible for communication
- Implement and champion organisational change and cultural transformations
- You will be fostering continuous improvement and innovation throughout the projects
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- You will need to hold a recognised Project Management qualification or have equivalent experience
- Hold professional experience with a good knowledge of Data & Analytics (tools, techniques, practices) and good knowledge of delivery functions
- Be able to demonstrate good commercial awareness and understand how it integrates within own and wider project areas
- Have developed communication and diplomacy skills. With this you will need to be able to persuade and influence internal and external stakeholders, including at senior level
Desirable:
- Experience of working within an engineering background
