We're looking for an ambitious and curious Growth Support Data Analyst with 2-4 years of experience working in the marketing, advertising, media or retail industry, skilled in data analysis with a good working experience of various data visualization tools who is looking to progress their career to the next level.

As the Growth Support Data Analyst, you will be joining the UK&I Solutions team at dentsu where you will support all areas of the our business, developing and growing our use of data, insights and technology to creatively & collaboratively drive our business growth ambitions and help solve client challenges for some of the world's most recognisable brands and shape the organisational structure of dentsu UK&I.

This is a very exciting role within dentsu UK, working with our CCO, our CSO, our Head of Integrated Solutions and our internal communications team and external marketing teams. Pulling data from industry wide available sources; using combinations of traditional and digital data to help our teams and our clients understand key industry trends, their consumers, and help improve their and our products to help drive growth drive growth both from a dentsu and client perspective

The difference you will make

  • Crafting of unique insights from analysis and synthesis of data from across our client portfolio, be able to think broadly and strategically around problems and deliver high value data-based recommendations to the business.
  • Develop and present custom insightful analyses, reports and dynamic dashboards for regular and precise reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Pro-actively help streamline the current reporting process and drive automation in reporting on an ongoing basis.
  • Own specification and delivery of analytical products and services
  • Responsible for data quality and integrity.
  • Maintain data sources and models so they are up to date.
  • Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestions for improving those processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Identification and resolution of key issues in client projects and developing frameworks for problem solving.

What you'll bring

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in collating, analysing and cleansing data, often gleamed from multiple sources.
  • A working knowledge of Salesforce would be a benefit but not a necessity. However, you will be expected to be trained in the use of the platform and in time become our resident expert in reporting and analysis
  • You have a good understanding & working knowledge of visualisation tools such as PowerBI, or Tableau or Google Data Studio etc.
  • You ideally have experience working with digital media data sources and platforms such as Google and Meta etc.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • You are pro-active and front footed when identifying opportunities for improvement and are willing to challenge the status quo to drive greater efficiency
  • You have experience in leading and delivery of client projects.
  • You have a passion for learning and a strong desire to help others grow with you.

  • Experience of creating bespoke reports and dashboards for organisations and clients using a range of business analysis tools and techniques.

  • Client friendly demeanour, the ability to maintain compelling relationships with relevant clients and key steak holders across the business.
  • Highly self-motivated and well-organized with an ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Diligent with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player who is looking to grow their skillset, experience and understanding of how a multi-national marketing and communication network operates.

What else you need to know

This is a permanent role working from our London office in Regents Park and the team operates under flexible working arrangements, so a balance of office working and working from home is encouraged.
