When you'll be in the office depends on your role, but you can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month.
To support this, the successful applicant should be within a reasonably commutable distance to our office (Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB).

You will play a key role in sentence of what the main impact is of the role is (e.g delivering, taking ownership of, leading, managing, developing).
You'll also be responsible for:
- Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring that data initiatives support business growth and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data analysts based on a hub and spoke model, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments such as Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.
- Visualisation and Report Design: Create and maintain intuitive, visually appealing dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Data Security: Ensuring the highest levels of data governance and security are maintained throughout the analysis and deployment of data assets
- Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses into large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in our products and services.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement processes and tools to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across the organization.
- Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of the latest analytics tools and technologies, evaluating their potential benefit to the organization and leading the implementation of those that add value.
- Insight Presentation: Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to inform strategic decisions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance data analytics processes, from data collection to analysis and reporting, to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Industry Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, particularly within the EV and energy sectors, to ensure the company remains at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.
Electrify us with your skills:
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally bring experience in Data Analytics. We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analytics Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in the EV or energy sector is a plus.
