Overview
Join Publicis Groupe as a Data Analytics & Insights Manager. Be at the forefront of managing the staffing ecosystem for large, complex global clients. You will be the go-to expert in data analytics and visualization, providing critical reports from pitch win to go-live. This role offers you the chance to influence reporting processes, drive efficiency, and support senior leadership with insightful data. Collaborate with diverse teams across capabilities and brands, shaping your career in a vibrant, forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise staffing performance reports, dashboards, and insightful presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the data visualisation expert, crafting impactful dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Smartsheets.
- Translate data into strategic insights, aiding in addressing staffing challenges and supporting business decisions.
- Monitor staffing progress and developments, ensuring alignment with client staffing KPIs.
- Design and maintain tailored staffing trackers for global clients.
- Collaborate with local market talent teams for accurate staffing insights and reports.
- Transform reporting processes to enhance automation, efficiency, and scalability.
- Use internal tools to provide trends across EMEA markets, highlighting key insights and challenges.
Qualifications
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools
- Ability to present data appealingly using Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with experience working with stakeholders in a multinational capacity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing expectations and adapting priorities.
- Self-starter with a strong understanding of client commercial goals and staffing-related insights.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Smartsheets, and similar tools for creating client dashboards.
