What you'll be doing

You'll join our Warehouse Planning team as the dedicated Data Analyst, working at the heart of our retail supply chain. You will turn operational data into insight that helps the warehouse run smoothly and safely.

You'll report to the Warehouse Planning Manager and work with the Warehouse Operations, Retail Supply, Retail Analytics and Planning teams. You will have no direct reports but will be the data expert for the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

Develop Power BI dashboards that support daily decision-making across the warehouse.

• Analyse operational performance data and metric to identify trends and improve.

• Help implement new replenishment systems, ensuring data accuracy, testing logic and supporting rollout.

• Provide data insight for major warehouse projects, including range and space expansion, layout changes and operational downtime planning.

• Monitor daily KPIs and highlight issues early to minimise disruption to service levels.

• Work with operational teams to understand challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.

• Improve data quality by identifying gaps, inconsistencies and process issues which should reduce manual tasks.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

• Analytical skills with experience working with logistics and supply chain data.

• Confident using Power BI to build dashboards, reports and data models.

• Good Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets.

• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings to the wider business.

It would be great if you also have

• Advanced Power BI experience, including DAX, data modelling or automation.

• Experience in retail, logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations.

• Knowledge of SQL or other data-querying tools.

• Experience supporting system implementations or process automation.

• Understanding of replenishment logic, inventory management or warehouse management systems.

• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
