Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clean, accurate, and consistent data across all systems.
  • Perform data segmentation and analysis to support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Prepare reports and visualizations that summarize key findings and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver insights that align with organizational goals.
  • Communicate data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues, supporting investigations as needed.
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses to support key business initiatives.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance and automate data processes for greater efficiency.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports and insights in line with business SLAs and deadlines.
  • Document analysis processes, create data dictionaries, and maintain relevant technical documentation.

This is a hybrid role. With 2/3 days per week out of our central London office.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, preferably in a marketing or business context.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Salesforce and its Objects, including proficiency in SOQL.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and insights in large datasets.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and working within tight deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Pardot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data migration.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other web analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing performance metrics and reporting best practices.
  • Experience with data governance or compliance frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, data science, or statistics.
