Here at Sciensus a new opportunity has arisen for a Cybersecurity Manager.

You will support in all aspects of cybersecurity and the life cycle management of cybersecurity projects and improvement programmes to support strategic objectives.

We will expect you to assist in the implementation and management of the cybersecurity strategy across Sciensus and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding the security and governance of patient and business information.

We are seeking an individual who has in-depth experience with the delivery of one or more of the following ISO2700x, Cyber Essentials, CIS, NIST.

This all sounds great - What key skills do I need to apply:

  • In-depth experience with the delivery of one or more of the following ISO2700x, Cyber Essentials, CIS, NIST, and emerging UK government cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Proven experience in an IT Security / Cybersecurity role.
  • Experience with complex projects requiring in-depth security knowledge across multiple technical areas.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of cybersecurity principles, theories, practices, and techniques, including offensive security.
  • Technical knowledge and proficiency (operational and security) with Defender, Intune, Azure, and D365. AWS would be beneficial but not essential),
  • Experience in supporting and coordinating third-party security service providers.
  • SOC operations and incident response expertise.
  • One or more of the following certifications CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CEH
  • Strong understanding of security architectures.
