Job Title: Cyber Capability Centre Delivery Lead

Salary: Circa £60,000
What you’ll be doing:
- Manages the end-to-end delivery of cyber capabilities to ensure that the needs of customers and users continue to be met, and that financial and other benefits are achieved
- Responsible for defining, shaping, planning and implementation activities and will collaborate with other teams to ensure effective cyber security across the organisation
- Form and manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams comprising subject matter experts throughout the EIT Cyber organisation
- Consolidates expertise from multiple sources, including third party experts, to deliver capabilities to further organisational objectives
- Supports and promotes the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Proven experience of operating in or working within an IT Security environment
- Good experience managing service and delivery risks and issues
- Experience of Continual Service Improvement and supporting methodologies such as Lean
Desirable:
- Knowledge of working within a SIAM operating model would be beneficial

The Cyber Security team:
The team works alongside cyber security technical, service and assurance specialists to facilitate the delivery of cyber services. This includes managing both internal resources and external partners and supplier relationships and internal management and delivery of capabilities. A principal of continual service improvement is used to mature and enhance the cyber security capabilities through people, process and technical improvements.
